New studwork lay out for rooms and allowing 1000mm doorway access
Installation of 1000mm door linings
Ceilings patched and primed for skimming
Walls and ceilings skimmed mist coats of paint, serving hatch to kitchen installed
Utility room skimmed ready for decoration
Walls and timber work painted, 1000mm door access installed
Brick bond tiling using rectangle tiles installed in the new shower area
Industrial grade flooring installed on latex leveled floors
Decorations through out to maximum light
New concrete level hard standing completed to enable access to the garden for wheelchair users.
New uPVC front door widened for easy disabled access along with hand rails and outside lighting.
A new uPVC wide rear door in new position to access level outside disabled friendly space.
Brick bond tiling completed followed by installation of vertical electric radiator and suitable ease of use AKW wetroom equipment.
Dimplex Quantam 7-day electrical storage heating off peak system installed.
Decorations completed for the new open plan living area.
