"We would highly recommend MJS Building Maintenance Ltd and the excellent and professional standard of work carried out by Matt Scoins and his team at our Barnstaple Offices at 30 Bear Street.
All friendly, helpful, thorough and efficient (including turning up and carrying out all works exactly when promised!), they discovered a complete nightmare when redecorating and partial re-roofing works. This nightmare was sensitively handled and included old plaster falling off the walls in bucket loads (well skip loads - in fact) as well as a large second floor (roof supporting but rotting/leaking) bay window needing complete replacement - whilst ensuring no structural movement (roof falling in) or other related health and safety issues. A very significant job for us undertaken in a constructive and efficient way – and with no shocks financially either.
